Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from warehouses in the United States.

How long will my order take?

7–15 business days from the time you order, including processing. You'll receive tracking by email once it ships.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders $59+. Otherwise, a flat $6.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are always on us. See our Refund Policy for details.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Check with neighbors and around your property, then email us. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide. Not sure? Email us your pet's weight and measurements and we'll recommend a size.
